With a length of about 370 kilometres and an elevation gain of 9,600 metres, the Bike X-ING is an attractive route for mountain bikers who like to ride many metres of elevation gain.Between Tuttlingen near Lake Constance and Aalen on the northeast edge of the Alb, the Swabian Alb Bike Crossing is always oriented towards the Albtrauf, the steep stage of the Swabian Alb which slopes up to 400 metres above the surrounding countryside.
